Company

Outsource Electronics' story began in March 1990 when current directors Keith Longman & Chris Coldbreath purchased a small, well established family-run electronics business based in Hayling Island named "F T Skipper Electronics Ltd". In the years that followed, the customer base gradually increased and the company grew, necessitating the move to the current 27,000 sq.ft. unit in Nest Business Park, Havant.

In late 2000, the company acquired another electronics company, APS Electronics Ltd, and a few months later in January 2001, the company was renamed "Outsource Electronics Ltd" to reflect the merger of the two companies.

The company currently employs a workforce of around 70 people, and continues to grow today with the recent purchase of Mindsail Ltd. who bring in-house design capabilities to the Outsource Electronics repertoire.
